With a marketing career spanning over 20 years, Justine has a wide range of retail, B2B and public-sector experience. Starting out as a senior retail buyer at Boots, she moved into global marketing roles in the B2C and education sectors.
Justine is no stranger to the NHS Procurement sector, having recently spent 6 years at NHS Supply Chain undertaking the role of Head of Campaign, working with NHSBSA and NHS England to launch numerous key initiatives including NCP.
As a digital specialist, she recently joined SCCL having led the TNT/Fedex UK digital team to develop market leading tools to put digital at the heart of the customer journey, working with a pan European team to create a best in class eCommerce platform.
As Head of Customer Offer at SCCL, Justine is bringing that wealth of experience to lead the marketing, digital, events and stakeholder teams in developing improved communications channels to trusts and ensuring the customer voice is built into transformational business projects.
