The HCSA (Health Care Supply Association) are searching for a Business Development lead. The position which promotes the work of procurement and supply chain staff at all levels in healthcare. The Association provides training events and educational seminars, sponsors awards and hosts two high-profile annual conferences.
A strategic governance and business development role, aligned with the organisation’s charitable status, values and objectives.
The Business Development Lead (BDL) will support the development and implementation of HCSA’s Business Strategy, acting as a focal point for Business and Finance communications on behalf of the HCSA. This will be in line with good practice and in accordance with the governing document and legal requirements. This role will report to the Chief Officer and Executive Team at regular intervals, about the Business Plan, Strategy and Business Development. The BDL will ensure that effective developments, measures, controls and procedures are put in place, followed and are appropriate for the HCSA.
