20-21 September 2021 at Manchester Central.
In 2019 the HSJ Patient Safety Congress brought together the biggest names in patient safety, patient advocates and frontline innovators, for two days of influential conversations, challenging content and clinically relevant sessions. 94% of delegates said they left the event brimming with ideas to improve care in their organisations.
In 2020, the Congress went virtual for the first time ever as we were determined to continue asking the difficult questions and address the most pressing patient safety topics presented by covid-19. The event may have looked a little different, but our focus remained the same – to drive forward the national agenda for patient safety by sharing best practice and tangible ideas. Our goal in ensuring our community stayed connected during the pandemic also proved a success, with over 1000 delegates joining us virtually last November!
This year, we are excited to announce that the Congress will return as an onsite event and will be taking place on 20-21 September 2021 at Manchester Central. With plenty to address, share and learn, we cannot wait to welcome you to what will be a significant gathering of our patient safety community to harness key lessons from the past year.
