Meet the New Category Tower Service Providers
We would like to invite you to a customer workshop to share information for the next phase of FOM.
We are holding an event in Newcastle on Monday 5th March to provide an update to Trusts in the north-east on progress of the NHS Supply Chain transformation programme.
We will specifically focus on the Category Tower Service Providers (Category Towers) and Crown Commercial Services with representatives from this first phase of providers who are on track to go live in May 2018 in attendance. This will give you an opportunity to ask questions and provide input to the development of the customer proposition and category strategies. The objectives of the workshops are:
- What happened in 2017 – NHS Supply Chain, the Future Operating Model and what it means for the NHS customer base.
- Look forward to 2018 – an update on development of the Intelligent Client Coordinator (ICC), which goes live in April 2018, and our plans for customer engagement, service improvements and transition planning.
- Working Sessions with the Category Towers Service Providers – engagement with Crown Commercial Services, DHL, Collaborative Procurement Partnership (CPP) and Health Solutions Team (HST). Q&A session and forum to share insight in support of the category strategy development.
Confirmation of venue / agenda will be sent out nearer the date of the event.
The workshops are aimed specifically at Heads of Procurement, Clinical Leads, Nurse Managers and Clinical Procurement Specialists. However please forward the invite to colleagues within your organisation that you feel would benefit from these sessions.
To register for a workshop, please respond at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, trust and position or role together with your contact information.
We hope you can join us at what we hope will be an informative event for you and your Trust.
