HCSA Chairman Pays Tribute to Three HCSA Stalwarts
HCSA Chairman of Trustees Mark Roscrow MBE has today paid tribute to three HCSA stalwarts who at the end of March,2018 will step down from HCSA office – John Effingham; Eugene Cooke and Clive Hamblin.
‘It with gratitude and sadness that we thank all three for years of dedicated service to our Association.

John Effingham
John has long been a stalwart of the HCSA and has served us in so many capacities and with such immense personal dedication.

Eugene Cooke
Eugene through his passionate commitment to NHS procurement has given willingly of his experience whilst ensuring a sound financial footing for our work

Clive Hamblin
Clive has supported our PDP and been a founding Trustee sharing his knowledge with the next generations.
The current and future success of the HCSA is founded upon those who have gone before- we have been fortunate to have such a ‘brilliant’ trio’
HCSA Communications Lead Simon Walsh added his personal thanks to former Chairmen John and Eugene along with Clive for all that they have done for the HCSA.
Simon added ‘I know that we will see them at HCSA Events and they will continue to be part of the wider HCSA family as we approach our Diamond Anniversary in 2020’
