The Health Care Supply Association has today paid tribute to Eugene Cooke FCIPS – former Council Member; Treasurer and 2011-2013 Chairman
Eugene retires at the end of March after 41 and a half years NHS Service.

Eugene has been a constant presence in NHS Procurement with a strong dedication to the NHS and the Procurement profession. He has been a passionate and strong advocate for NHS Procurement and its contribution to patient care.
I was very pleased to follow Eugene as HCSA Chairman and build upon the foundations he had laid for the success of our Association.
His sense of humour and fun have brightened many an occasion!

I was pleased to work with Eugene when he was HCSA Chairman and to see at first hand his strong beliefs and commitment to the NHS. I warmly thank him for his service to the NHS and to our Association.
