The HCSA is close to completing its search for a new Chief Officer and expects to make an announcement shortly.
Over the last few weeks Acting Chief Officer Simon Walsh has been leading the recruitment process following the retirement of predecessor Alan Hoskins.
The selection team has been working on making the right decision for the future of the organisation and believes the designated appointee will be the right person to take the HCSA forward.
HCSA Chairman Mark Roscrow said: “I have been delighted with the calibre of individuals who expressed an interest in taking on the role of Chief Officer. After serious consideration and input from key individuals within the organisation, we are now close to completing the recruitment process.”
