An exciting opportunity as an Administrative Officer is now available within the Supplies department at Leeds teaching Hospitals. The post holder will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including monitoring of stock-movements, invoicing and raising purchase orders.
You will be based out of our 54 Dolly Lane Warehouse, but may be required to move across sites.
The Supplies and Procurement department is made up of approximately 100 staff and the various teams are based throughout the Trust. (St James’s University Hospital, Leeds General Infirmary, Chapel Allerton, Seacroft and Warfedale Hospital). The department as a whole consists of the contracting sections for both Clinical and Non-Clinical, e- Procurement, Materials Management (Supply Chain), Scan4Safety and ICT Procurement. You will be based at SJUH but you will travel cross sites when required.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer engagement skills are essential. The ability to work both individually and as a team is vital.
This is a full time position 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday between core hours 07:30am-16:30pm.
