This post will be based at our Sheffield office. CPP is currently reviewing its working arrangements to embed ‘smart’ working and it is anticipated that you will be required to spend a percentage of your time working from home. Further information will be made available should you be shortlisted for interview.

We are looking for an efficient, capable and experienced individual to provide exceptional administrative support to colleagues across the organisation, helping them to deliver a first-class service to the NHS and provide creative, cost effective solutions for their toughest challenges.

As an Administrator you will:


Provide a concise and comprehensive secretariat service to colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders.

Organise travel for colleagues using a travel booking system

Ensure the payment of invoices follows internal processes whilst liaising and building relationships with external stakeholders.

Minute meetings.

Develop appropriate agendas.

Prepare reports.

Assist HR by note taking as and when required.


Who You Are:

As well as being able to provide evidence that you meet the essential criteria in the job description, CPP are keen to interview people who can prove that they have:


Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management.

A confident, articulate, and engaging manner.

A commercially driven and results focused attitude, and the ability to respond positively to pressure and demanding deadlines.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience of dealing with invoice and purchase order queries.

Experience of having a busy and varied workload, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve demanding deadlines.

Experience of analysing data, spotting trends and anomalies, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Experience of delivering in an administration/secretariat position.

Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications to A Level standard as a minimum.
