£22,982.17 – £28,141.94 (depending on experience) This post will be based at our Sheffield office. CPP is currently reviewing its working arrangements to embed ‘smart’ working and it is anticipated that you will be required to spend a percentage of your time working from home. As an Administrator you will:
Provide a concise and comprehensive secretariat service to colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders.
Organise travel for colleagues using a travel booking system Ensure the payment of invoices follows internal processes whilst liaising and building relationships with external stakeholders.
Develop appropriate agendas.
Assist HR by note taking as and when required.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of dealing with invoice and purchase order queries.
Experience of having a busy and varied workload, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve demanding deadlines.
Experience of analysing data, spotting trends and anomalies, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Experience of delivering in an administration/secretariat position.
Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Qualifications to A Level standard as a minimum.
