Ed has been heading up the Estates, Facilities and Professional Services workstream of the NHS procurement hub since 2014. His FCIPS status follows on from his success in 2015, when he obtained his LLM in Public Procurement Law and Policy. His LLM research into the use and improvement of Dynamic Purchasing Systems in public procurement earned Ed a commendation from the examination board.

Ed has 11 years experience of working in the NHS, in project management, turnaround and procurement. He also holds a Business degree and a Masters degree in Strategy and Procurement Management.
