Autumn/Winter 2020 

2020 has been a challenging year for most, especially those in the healthcare sector. There are many demands their time, frequent changes in procedures,/guidelines, new ways of working, staff reductions and well, let’s be honest the list goes on. 

The current situation is still triggering fear for many people, and now people are tired. The many changes and pressures has created a sense of exhaustion, and people are heading toward burnout.

Energy management during challenging times and Reduce stress and build resilience are two new webinars that offer support and pragmatic solutions. Both are 45 min bespoke webinars created for NHS staff sponsored by Lexmark. As previous webinars, Lexmark/HCSA logo will be added to the presentation. 

 

Webinar 1 – Reduce stress and build resilience 

The demands and pressures many are experiencing mean that people are heading toward burnout. When you feel depleted, running on empty, this impacts communication and performance.

During this webinar we will discuss the implications of stress, how to spot it in yourself and others, as well as ways to practically build resilience.

The session will be interactive. Those that join the session live, will be able to anonymously answer questions and polls, to gauge where people currently are. This enables the content to be dynamic with live conversations.

By the end of the webinar delegates will;

Managing our energy levels is key to performance and wellbeing, yet do we know the specifics of how to do it and implement the practises into an already busy schedule? During this webinar I will share the research around high performance strategies, which focuses on energy management rather than time management.
