Statement by Mark Roscrow MBE
After nearly 41 years in the NHS I shall be retiring on the 22nd May 2019 . It’s certainly been an interesting and challenging time and which for the most part I have really enjoyed. As I look back it’s the fantastic people I have worked with who make the difference and I have been very lucky to meet some interesting characters who have certainly shaped by time in the NHS. I will continue to work with the HCSA and to do some work within the NHS so hopefully I will still get to meet many of my colleagues over the next few months.
The Health Care Supply Association President and Chief Officer have commented on Mark’s news:
Lord Hunt – HCSA President said ‘Mark has had a remarkable career and deserves his retirement . His commitment to the NHS as a whole and in particular to Wales has been unrivalled – I wish him well.’
Alan Hoskins- HCSA Chief Officer said ‘He has been a constant presence with wise counsel and experience. The NHS Procurement profession has been immensely grateful for his support – I am so pleased he will continue to support the HCSA’
