Background

HCSA Future Leaders Group has picked some of the brightest talent in the procurement and supply chain community to serve on a think tank to ensure they are playing an active role in developing programmes and events that serve them best.

The network members are taken from PDP attendees including two winners of the course who have subsequently served a year on the HCSA Board of Trustees. HCSA hosts regular meetings with the network to ensure the organisation stays up to date with all concerns around career progression, working environments and access to L&D requirements. Information and feedback that comes from the network meetings helps plan the programme for our annual Future Leaders event which takes place at the HCSA Winter Conference.
