What are you most proud of?

Having been able to raise my amazing daughter and also have a successful career despite all life’s challenges. This has all been made possible with the support of some wonderful Leaders that I have been so fortunate to have worked with and the values of our NHS as our employer

What makes you angry?

The lack of transparency and fairness when it comes to career opportunities

What sports team do you support (if any)?

I’m not a big sports fan but I do enjoy watching the Boxing or MMA.

Which famous person would you most like to meet and why?

A difficult one but the late Queen Elizabeth II as our longest reigning monarch. She lead with such grace and humility yet remained so focused, committed, and loyal from such a young age. I would have loved to have tea with her and ask her so many questions!

What superpower would you most like to have and why?

The power to be invisible, the options are endless, and you could go or be anywhere and not be seen.

What historical figure do you most admire and why?

Again this is so difficult as there are so many influential historical figures. However I’ll go with Abraham Lincoln the 16th president of the United States. He was a man who lived for what he believed in. He was the leader the country needed during one of the darkest times in American history, led the Union to victory over the Confederacy, and abolished slavery with his Emancipation Proclamation, which made him one of America’s most beloved presidents.

What’s your perfect weekend?

A nice relaxing Spa day and lots of lovely food with great views preferably all done on a beachfront view.

What’s your favourite meal?

I’m a big foodie so it’s hard to be specific. I enjoy food from different countries so it just depends on the mood that day and we are so fortunate to have access to so many options all on our doorstep especially in Birmingham.

Can you describe yourself in one word?

Resilient.

What do you hope to be doing 5 years from now?

Life is so precious and beautiful but also very unpredictable so personally I’d like to be healthy and happy and have travelled to many more different countries from now until then. Professionally to have expanded my knowledge and experience even more whilst continuing to contribute towards supporting our wonderful NHS and its services to our patients.
