What are you most proud of?

This is really cheesy but I am proud of my very short career in Procurement. A year ago I was selling Ford Transit vans and before then I was a professional chef for 10 years so quite the turnaround.

What makes you angry?

Litter and general disrespect for the world we live in.

What sports team do you support (if any)?

North London is red. A friend at school was an Arsenal fan so I started watching them on MOTD just so I could wind him up. I ended up falling in love with the club and have been supporting them for over 15 years.

Which famous person would you most like to meet and why?

It would be Lewis Hamilton so I could get the behind-the-scenes detail on his multiple championship wins.

What superpower would you most like to have and why?

Teleportation as it would make travelling much more accessible and frequent.

What historical figure do you most admire and why?

US President Theodore Roosevelt for his work towards the National Park system in America. Stunning locations which are well worth the visit.

What’s your perfect weekend?

Trip to the local farm café with the kids to hopefully spot some combine harvesters, tractors & grab breakfast. Afternoon walk followed by a chilled day & roast dinner on Sunday.

What’s your favourite meal?

I am cooking lots of Korean food at the moment so a dish called Bibimbap. Its chicken cooked in Ssamjang (a fermented bean paste which is incredible/ big umami flavours) served with finely sliced grilled vegetables, rice and a fried egg.

Can you describe yourself in one word?

Progress.

What do you hope to be doing 5 years from now?

I hope to fully integrated within Procurement and the HCSA. Pushing forward and learning every day.
