Avrenim have been awarded a 7 year Hard FM contract with the prestigious “The Christie NHS Foundation Trust” to manage and provide built environment services to their new hospital based in Macclesfield.

The Christie at Macclesfield is a £26 million development, is the third in a network of local Christie radiotherapy centres where patients can access first-class radiotherapy treatments from Christie experts, but much closer to home. The other centres are in Oldham and Salford. The hospital provides12,500 radiotherapy & 46,000 patient appointments a year.

The contract includes providing planned and reactive maintenance to the building and plant, grounds maintenance, minor works & refurbishment, helpdesk services and management. The Service is due to commence on 1st November 2024.
