NHS England Financial Director Julian Kelly has outlined the interim management arrangements for the Commercial Directorate while the search for Jacqui Rock’s successor takes place with Fiona Bride as Interim Chief Commercial Officer.
Kelly will assume overall accountability for the Commercial Directorate, on the NHSE Board and NHSE Executive and has asked Morag Stuart and Fiona Bride to take on the line management and accountability for the functional areas, as set out below, for this interim period.
Interim Arrangements:
- Fiona Bride – Director of Medicines Value & Access, will line manage Preeya Bailie, Nic Fox & Natasha Hughes and assume the role of Interim Chief Commercial Officer taking on the accountabilities for their respective functions & SRO accountabilities for SCCL in addition to maintaining her current responsibilities.
- Morag Stuart – Chief Programme Officer NHP, will line manage Simon Corben and take accountability for the Estates & Facilities team in addition to maintaining her current responsibilities.
- The Commercial Directorate will continue to operate as a function, overseen by Fiona and Morag, during the interim period and Natasha and her team will provide support, working closely with Julian Kelly's office.
Jacqui Rock leaves her post at the end of December.
