Synertec has been wholly acquired by Restore plc and will form part of the Restore Information Management division.

Restore said the acquisition signals its commitment to extending and growing its digital services capability, providing seamless, secure, and innovative information management solutions to customers.

With a 25 year plus record, Synertec is a recognised leader in its field with a £70m turnover, 300 staff, a strong book of customers including over 150 NHS customers. They provide efficient, and cost-effective ways organisations communicate with their recipients.

Nigel Dews, Managing Director, Restore Information Management, said: “This acquisition enhances our information management offering and enables Restore to offer additional services to our already strong customer base. Given our existing relationships with NHS Trusts, other public sector bodies and corporate customers we are well positioned to be a catalyst for growth.”
