NHS England Chief Commercial Officer Jacqui Rock has been named Leader of the Year at the CIPS Awards 2024.
Jacqui was described by CIPS as “a truly pioneering and inspirational procurement leader who is currently transforming NHS England’s team to improve the delivery of healthcare to thousands of people every day”.
HCSA would like to congratulate Jacqui on receiving this prestigious award and for her continued support of HCSA and its members.
Deputy Chair of HCSA Trustees Simon Walsh said: “It’s great to see CIPS recognising the work of the Chief Commercial Officer and NHS Procurement.
Jacqui’s energy and enthusiasm have been a great asset for the NHS since she took over her current role and she has helped to ensure NHS procurement’s profile has never been as high as it is now.”

Jacqui will be giving a keynote presentation at the HCSA Annual Conference in Telford 13-14 November.
